To compliment these art selections we offer an expansive assortment of picture frames and mat boards.  With thousands of different custom picture framing combinations, we have no doubt you will be able to design a custom framed piece of art that will fit perfectly into the environment it is intended.

If you already know the title or the artist of the piece of art you would like to purchase, simply type the art title into our search engine found here.  If, on the other hand, you would like to browse through our catalog of art and art prints you may do so according to color, artist, style, or décor.

When browsing through our selection of art and art prints, you will find three choices below each item to choose from:

•If you would like only to purchase the art print, click on the “Add to Cart” link and you will be directed to your “Shopping Cart” page with the selected art print ready for purchase.

•If there is an art print you would like to see more details of, such as a larger view of the image or other related art prints, simply click on the “Details” link below the art print you are interested in.  This will take you to a new page dedicated only to that piece of art.  From there you can chose a picture frame, or add only the art print to your shopping cart.  Also, if you would like to view a larger image of the art print, simply click on the art image itself to enlarge the view.

•If you would like to choose a custom picture frame for your chosen art print then press the “Frame” link which will direct you to our custom picture framing page.  On this page you will see your selected art print as well as a series of tabs which include Setup, Frames, Mat Boards, Glass, and Tips.

-Setup – The Setup tab gives you the option to select the wall color on which your art and picture frame will hang.  This gives the customer a better idea of how the art and frame will interact with the environment in which it will be placed.  Additionally, if you do not see your wall color among the presented colors, you may click the “More Colors” link to open up a more comprehensive color palette. The Setup tab also allows the customer to choose between the full art print size or a cropped art print.

-Frames – The Frames tab allows you to choose among our large assortment of wood and metal picture frames.  To make this process easier, the Frames tab also allows you to sort the picture frames according to Material, Color, Style, Price, and Width.

-Mats – The Mats tab, which functions in a similar manner to the Frames tab, displays the hundreds of different mat boards offered on artandframe.com.  You may choose to view the mat boards according to Material, Color, or Price.  Additionally, the “Outer” and “Inner” links in the Mats tab gives you the ability to choose two mats for your piece.  Doing so can serve as a good way to better accentuate the colors found in the art.  All of the mat boards we offer on artandframe.com are conservation quality.

-Glass – The Glass tab simply lists the various types of glass and plexiglass offered at artandframe.com.  Our system will notify you if your chosen glass is not recommended with your framed art print due to shipping restrictions. In this case we will suggest using plexiglass instead of regular picture frame glass.

-Tips – The Tips tab offers advice on designing a custom framed piece of art.  Although every person’s artistic preferences are different, there are some general guidelines that are good to follow when framing, and this is the place to find that information.

•When you are finished custom framing your art print the final step is to add it to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.  The shopping cart screen displays a description of your custom framed art print and the total of the associated custom framing elements.  Also, the shopping cart page gives you the following options:
    •Adjust the quantity of the item you have designed
    •Enter a coupon code
    •Calculate the shipping charges for your order based on your zip code
    •Update your shopping cart if any changes have been made
    •Continue shopping if you have other art prints and picture frames you wish to purchase
    •Proceed to check out if you are ready to purchase your custom framed art print(s).
